The Division of Student 成功 and Engagement at The College of Saint Rose is committed to helping students shape an educational experience that will prepare and empower graduates for life.
The primary responsibility of the Division of Student 成功 and Engagement is to support progress toward earning a degree in a manner that educates the whole individual by providing opportunities to apply what is learned both inside and outside of the classroom toward the intellectual, 文化, 社会, and spiritual development of all students. At the core of this approach is the development of programs, 政策, and practices designed to improve student outcomes through indicators that measure engagement, 保留, 持久性, 毕业, and post-graduate employment rates.

Academic 成功 Center
A partnership with students and faculty to enhance the academic skills outside of the classroom and provide equal access to information presented in the classroom.
Inter文化 Leadership
Committed to enhancing the student experience for underrepresented populations while promoting campus-wide understanding of 文化 diversity.
First-Year Experience
Designed to meet the needs of incoming students in a manner that best prepares them for success through innovative campus programs, 通路的经历, and mentoring connections, including FLIGHT – a mentoring program for first generation students.
